The Full Life List
A simple practice for an abundant life
Do you feel like you are too busy to get anything done? The days get away from you? Not living life to its fullest? Here’s a quick and easy practice for you to feel the abundance of your life:
Get a journal of any kind. It could be fancy, or a cheapy composition book, or you could use Notion or another web-based writing app.
Every night before you go to bed, take a few minutes to write down everything you’ve done that day that has contributed to a full life.
These could be beautiful, fun, “sacred” things:
I prayed while I watched the sunrise.
I noticed my child’s laugh.
I hugged a tree and felt it’s groundedness.
Or these may be the sacred everyday:
I wiped snotty noses.
I ate a salad.
I worked to support my family.
The magic here comes in when you start to notice what you are doing that is maybe less than sacred (”Wow. I never put facebook on my list. Maybe it’s not contributing to a full life.”). Or when you start noticing that the tiny things you do really are contributing to a full life, even when you don’t feel like you got anything done that day.
Try it for 30 days. It will completely transform the way you see your days and help you live in abundance.
