I specialize in helping women live simply and intentionally. I work within a temple framework to be sure each part of your life is in alignment with your values, then provide loving encouragement and accountability as we together figure out practical steps to reach that alignment. If you know your goals— great! We’ll start there! If you don’t— that’s okay! We’ll identify your pain points and get you on the road to a simple, abundant life.

~A listening ear, gentle guidance on how to listen to your soul, and kind accountability so you can stick to your plan
~Unlimited email support between our biweekly calls
Investment:
$400 for 6 sessions or $720 for 12 sessions

I also offer discounts to public educators, single mothers, people with disabilities, and people who are otherwise marginalized and need a leg-up to meet their goals.
